The HC50 is built with advanced medical grade plastics that support a wide selection of disinfectants. The HC50 is extremely functional, with the ability to transform into a two-way radio, a PBX handset, and a workstation along with features such as an emergency alert button, hot-swappable battery, and secure text-massaging. Medical workers get an unequaled user experience: the simplicity of Android with all the mobile computing, clinical collaboration, and data capture features they need to provide every patient with the highest quality care. This device supports Near Field Communication (NFC) and ships with Google Mobile Services (GMS).
NOTE: The Zebra HC50 Android Mobile Touch Computer for Healthcare is unavailable with UHF RFID technology. This mobile computer reads 1D and 2D barcodes, but does not have UHF capabilities.
