Return Policy

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

US orders for eligible products may be returned within 30 days of shipment to receive full credit, less any restocking fees. A restocking fee will apply to international orders and may be assessed on standard returns. Returned items must be received at Atlas within 30 days after the original order shipment, or the return will be deniedRefunds or credits, less any restocking fees, will be issued only after the returned item(s) are inspected and confirmed to be in their original condition, including original packaging and all accessories. Please allow up to 5 business days for the returned item(s) to be inspected.

To return or exchange an item, follow these steps:
  1. Complete the form at the bottom of this page or contact us.
  2. You will receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number for returns and exchanges in 2-5 business days.
  3. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging and all accessories.
    1. The packaging must not have any markings.
    2. Returns missing accessories will be rejected.
  4. Write the RMA number only on the shipping label, NOT on the box.
Additional Information:
  • Shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.
  • If a discount was applied to the original purchase, the discount will be factored into the refund.
  • If merchandise credits are issued, they are valid for redemption within one year of issuance. Credits are not gift cards and are non-transferrable.
