Vulcan RFID Custom Hang Tag
Vulcan RFID Custom Hang Tags are the perfect solution for tracking assets on metal or non-metal surfaces that do not allow for attachment directly to the asset. The construction protects the inlay from environmental conditions that could affect the performance of the RFID tag. Reusable hang tags are attached to the asset using mechanical fasteners (i.e. plastic ties) and can be removed and reattached. These tags are great for work-in-process and returnable containers.
All Vulcan RFID tags are designed with our proven durability, ready to withstand repeated usage in rugged environments, generating a greater ROI for your business. Each tag can be programmed to match the variable information printed on the label. Every product features a subsurface digital printing process which ensures crisp details on even the most complex logos for maximum clarity. Four color processing is available for limitless color and design options. The inlay is completely encapsulated within the tag protecting it from environmental conditions that could have an adverse effect on the performance and life of the RFID tag.
Specialty RFID labels take advantage of sub-surface printing wherein the printed media has a protective covering. In order to remove the copy from a label, one would have to destroy the label itself.
NOTE: Due to market demands, this product is transitioning away from the Alien Higgs 3, Alien Higgs 4 IC, and Impinj Monza R6-P IC to the Impinj M730 IC. Sample stock may still contain the Alien Higgs 3, Alien Higgs 4, or Impinj Monza R6-P while re-orders and higher volumes will contain the Impinj M730 chip. Additional ICs are available upon request.
