Shipping Information

Shipping Providers & Methods

atlasRFIDstore primarily ships via UPS and offers multiple shipping options within the United States, including Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Availability may vary by destination. Depending on cost and location, FedEx or other shipping providers may be used. For international shipments, various shipping options are available based on the destination.

  • No PO Boxes: Due to regulations, shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
  • Tracking Information: This is provided via email once an order ships and can also be found under "View Order Status" in the customer's account.

Shipping Times & Rates

  • Shipping Costs: These can be calculated in the online cart before checkout.
  • Free Ground Shipping: Free ground shipping is available for online orders of $450+ within the United States(including Alaska & Hawaii). Free shipping does not apply to international or express shipments.
  • Processing Time: In-stock orders placed before 1pm CT (excluding weekends and holidays) will ship the same day unless otherwise noted. Digital items such as warranties and software are fulfilled based on the manufacturer’s timeline, typically within 3 business days. atlasRFIDstore will provide digital items on the same business day they are provided by the manufacturer.
  • Partial Shipments: To ensure orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible, orders shipping within the United States may arrive in multiple shipments if all items are not available at the central warehouse. Customers preferring a single shipment may contact us before placing an order.
  • International Orders: All international orders will ship complete.

Special Shipping Requests & Liability

Customers with specific shipping needs should contact us before placing an order. To help protect shipments, it is recommended to ship only to secure locations.

  • Shipment via Your Carrier Account: Customers preferring to use their own carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), please contact us before ordering  to provide an account number.
  • Signature Requirement: For added security, customers may request a signature requirement before an order is scheduled to ship for an additional fee.
  • Shipping Insurance: By default, orders are not insured. Insurance is available for an additional fee during checkout for online orders. For offline orders, customers may request insurance through their Account Manager.
    • Coverage Details:
      • Shipping insurance covers the replacement of items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
      • Shipping insurance does not cover:
        • Expedited shipping costs
        • Delivery delays
        • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
        • Product issues arising after the package has been accepted by the customer
    • Claims Process:
      • In the event of loss, theft, or damage, customers must contact us within 10 business days of the scheduled delivery date. Customers must provide necessary documentation, including proof of loss or damage and any other required information. The carrier or insurer will conduct an investigation to confirm the claim. Upon approval, atlasRFIDstore will proceed with replacing the affected items. Please note, order refunds are not provided under this insurance policy.

If shipping insurance is declined, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment once it is transferred to the carrier. While atlasRFIDstore can file a claim on behalf of the customer, atlasRFIDstore is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

International Orders & Restrictions

atlasRFIDstore regularly ships orders across the world.

  • Shipping Terms (INCOTERMS 2020): All international shipments are EXW (Ex Works) and deemed shipped when made available to the first carrier at atlasRFIDstore’s facility. Title transfers to the purchaser upon tender to the first carrier.
  • Import Fees & Duties: Shipping charges collected by atlasRFIDstore cover only the cost of delivering the product to the provided address. Additional fees due to local government regulations (e.g., VAT, import fees, customs charges) are the recipient’s responsibility.
  • Product Restrictions:Users must comply with all applicable country and local regulations for the technology. For detailed guidance, refer to the latest GS1 Overview of UHF Frequency Allocations for RAIN RFID and consult the relevant regulatory authority. Products can only be shipped to locations where they are authorized for use. Customers requiring shipment to a non-compliant location must contact us to complete the required Indemnity Letter before shipment. BarTender, Honeywell, and Zebra products are limited to shipments within the United States and Canada.
