With a 7,000 mAh extended smart battery, the CK65 is capable of up to 28 hours of continuous operation, so workers finding themselves with a dead battery in the middle of their shift will be a thing of the past.

Built on the Mobility Edge platform, the CK65 minimizes TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) like no other product on the market by future-proofing your investment with support through Android™ R and beyond, with accelerated provisioning to minimize your time to value. With its ultra-rugged design that can withstand 3 m (10 ft) drops to concrete as well as being rated to IP65 and IP68, the CK65 is durable in even the toughest DC environments. The CK65 even offers cold storage models for freezer environments.

NOTE: The Honeywell CK65 Extended Range Mobile Computer is unavailable with UHF RFID technology. This mobile computer reads 1D and 2D barcodes, but does not have UHF capabilities.

Configuration Options

The Honeywell CK65 Extended Range Mobile Computer is available with three imager options: the N6803FR FlexRange, the EX20 Near/Far, or the S0803 FlexRange XLR Imager. Ideal for close range scanning, the N6803FR FlexRange Imager uses a dual lens architecture to scan codes between 60 mm (2.3 in) and 10 m (30 ft) away. The EX20 Near/Far Imager can scan codes between 150 mm (6 in) to 15.2 m (50 ft) away. The upgraded FlexRange XLR Imager can scan codes from as close as 76 mm (3 in) all the way up to 24 m (80 ft), enabling the use of the CK65 in virtually every scanning use case. The CK65 is available in a Non-Incendive (NI) configuration.

The NI Certification ensures the following:

• Prevents potential ignition sources occurring within the device.
• Non-Incendive: Class 1, Division 2.
• Covers Gases: Class 1, Groups A, B, C, D.
• Covers Dusts: Class 2, Groups F, G.
• Covers Fibers and Flyings: Class 3.
