In the event your device requires service, all you have to do is submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request through Elo's online portal. If phone support does not resolve the issue, Elo will ship you a replacement unit next business day.
NOTE: Advance Unit Replacement coverage is available wherever Elo devices are sold in the United States. This coverage must be purchased within one year of your equipment purchase.
