The Avancir Asset Management Kit was developed to help you keep track of your assets and other critical items. This kit includes all of the system elements needed to start tracking with RFID or barcode technologies. Depending on the equipment selected, users can leverage the Avancir Asset Management Kit to communicate with tagged assets as they travel through fixed chokepoints or on-the-go with one of our handheld RFID readers. 

With RFID technology, you have the ability to communicate with hundreds of tagged assets from up to 50 ft in a matter of seconds. The RFID readers included in this kit will pick up hard to reach assets that might have been otherwise missed during an inventory audit, and users can leverage the read range of RFID to locate misplaced or lost assets.

The Avancir Asset Management Kit is available in three different equipment options – each designed to provide visibility in the specific use cases below.

• Asset Inventory Audits – By leveraging the All-in-one or Bluetooth Kit option, you can keep up with assets in specific zones, rooms, floors, or buildings. Simply point the RFID reader, pull the trigger, and you’ll notice assets instantly logged in the activity. You’ll be able to audit your asset inventory as quickly as you can walk the floor.
• IT Asset Tracking – Keep track of your servers, laptops, routers, printers, and any other critical assets. Within a matter of seconds, you can scan all assets in a room and log their location. Strategically placed overhead RFID readers can automate the tracking process by providing the last known location of assets as they travel through your facilities.
• Tool Tracking – Whether your tools are stored in a toolbox, a locker, an equipment cage, or a trailer, the Avancir Asset Tracking Kit can help you manage your equipment and prevent loss. By automating the check-in/check-out process, you can remove the human element, while having visibility into what’s coming and going.
• Fixed Asset Tracking – An organization’s Property Management Department or Accounting Department can leverage the Avancir Asset Tracking Kit to gain an understanding of the fixed assets that are in their facility. This will provide visibility into the total monetary value of fixed assets the organization has, how long specific fixed assets have been in use, and which fixed assets can be capitalized.
• Asset Traceability – Quickly locate misplaced assets using our Geiger feature and automate the process of assigning locations to your assets. By leveraging the capabilities of UHF RFID, you will have the ability to communicate with hundreds of tagged assets at a time, and the read range will allow you to track down lost or misplaced assets. Check the activity record for specific assets to see the breadcrumbs of where they have been, which users have interacted with them, and where they are supposed to be.
